The intense humilliation that accompanies impromptu, secret-topic debating has been postponed indefinately since LAURISTON FORFEITED TONIGHTS DEBATE!!!!! So not only do I NOT have to debate tonight but technically WE WON!!!!

I have never been happier since I got my 50. Scrap that. This takes the cake.

I just thought I should share this with everybody before the euphoria wears off :)

So today Shehara goes to me 'Today it's June 20th!'. I look at her like she's a complete idiot...well duh it's June 20th...tomorrow it's June 21st...WOW. She stared at me waiting for it to click. AND OMGOSH. THE JOURNEE OF JUNE 20TH 1792!! As if I didn't remember it! So much for the 50 :P (For those non revsies, the June 20th journee was where the sansculottes stormed the Tuilieries Palace in Paris demanding a whole heap of stuff. And no I couldn't even remember that. I spent practically the whole of English reading about it on wikipedia :D )
It's not an isolated memory lapse either. The other day I was reading something and the words 'Compte Rendu' came up. They sounded SO familiar but I couldn't figure out why...I knew it was something to do with revs...but other than that I had no clue. To be completely honest I thought it was some important person HAHAHAHAH I'm such an idiot. I googled it and then remembered (with wikipedias help) that it was Necker's account of the French finances at the time :P HAHAHAHAHHA I seriously need to reread the textbook or sit in on a revs class. I can't believe I have such a bad memory :D

Ooooh english was sooo boring today. And Morrissey came up and asked me what point I was making in one of my sac paragraphs. HAHAHAHAHA well now I guess I know what my sac mark will be: BAD. Ah I love english...NOT.

I'm so glad it's the weekend though...this week went for ages. Now there's only one more week till the holidays! And only 12 days till Cairns!! I can't wait :D Desperately need some sun. And a tan would be nice though I'll probably come back red rather than brown. I'm so pale now but yay sun in 12 days :) It's 26 degrees there these days :D

Ahh feels so good :D The gat was actually quite fun, and (nobody kill me for saying this) but chem was quite fun too? Bio was annoying and boring though... but yeah THEY'RE OVER!!! For four months at least.

FAR OUT. My phone started working again. But now it's not :( UGH. Time for a new phone I reckon...guess I can't complain after having that phone for over 5 years :P

Oooh the plane tickets for Cairns came today. Tres excited. Ahhh the thought of sun :)

So. Not prepared for bio...AND I'M SICK!!! Had a headache yesterday and today and the brain's just not functioning as it's meant to. Spent half the day sleeping...only got one prac paper done. And I have to make a conscious effort not to hyperventilate.

Absence Makes The Heart Grow Fonder

Ah, I apologise for my lack of posting recently...but if you've got midyears coming up then you shouldn't be reading this anyway. GO STUDY. (Which is what I should be doing...anyway)

OMGOSH. I read the BEST book in like the whole wide world a few days ago, Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. If you haven't read it then you'll probably find it mildly strange and neurotic that I'm in love with a fictional character. But if haven't read, go do it. And then you'll be in love like me and my sister (she's twelve, has no hormones and yet is still just as in love) and Preeta and Charlene and a million other girls who have similar facebook bumper stickers. No seriously. I would let Edward Cullen bite me anyday.

Ah. I don't think I can ever get married now. Cos any guy I meet, I'll compare to EC and no guy can stand up to that utter perfection that is the epitome of Edward Cullen. I mean besides his personality and looks, he has TWO medical degrees, went to Harvard, has a photographic memory, has an IQ of 10000000, plays the piano, composes music, dances (ballroom, not gay hiphop) AND is a traditional old soul like me :) Um hello? Perfect guy much? If that's not enough, go read Twilight. Then you'll understand ;)

But it's SO DISAPOINTING...the guy that's playing Edward in the movie is NOT GOOD LOOKING AT ALL!!!! And he has disgusting poofy hair. It's the guy that plays Cedric Diggory in HP4. Seriously. Major let down. I'm so glad I bought the book though.
